It was first founded in 2013 by Unicorn Scientific Publishing, a company based in Wyoming, USA. It is dedicated to the latest advancements in biosciences, biomedicine, and their related subfields. The journal publishes original papers in General Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biomedicine, Ecology, Immunology, Genetics, Agriculture, Veterinary, and Molecular Biology. The acceptance rate of the submitted articles in the World J Exp Biosci is about 50 %. The journal receives its support from the publisher, and all its employees volunteer to work on this Journal. Therefore, publishing in this Journal is free of charge.
